Although the time and circumstances could be more perfect, 
we've decided to buy a home. 

After visiting and inspecting a number of homes, in sevaral San Diego
neighborhoods, we're developing an affection for the South side of 
Dictionary Hill, in Spring Valley.



In general, Spring Valley is the only region in San Diego which offers 
spacious single family homes at affordable prices. The Dictionary Hill
area offers scenic views over Sweetwater Reservoir, Mount Miguel, and 
on a clear day, the Pacific Ocean.
